The Steve Williams Soccer School Super Saturday course ran as an exciting, modern and fun coaching development programme for youngsters aged 9, 10 & 11 years.
The course was launched in 1998 to further develop the enjoyment and education of local children, catering for all levels and abilities.
The players learned the important concepts of team play along with the development of their individual skills and abilities. Players and teams were motivated and rewarded through:

- GOLDEN BOOT PLAYER CHAMPIONSHIP
- SMALL SIDED GAMES ON A BIGGER PITCH

- PENALTIES EVERY WEEK

Each child enjoyed working with the same group of no more than 8 children over the course.
The coaching sessions lasted 50 minutes on Saturday mornings and were based on structure, organisation, game situations and small sided games played on a bigger pitch.
